Over the past 7 years, I've been starting and scaling drop shipping stores, doing over $10 million in online sales. This has not only changed my life, but gave me the ability to buy not one but two of my dream cars, invest into this multi-million dollar property, and go on trips and experiences I otherwise wouldn't have been able to do. So, I'm going to be going over the exact steps that [music] you guys need to follow in order to drop ship the right way. But before we get into that, what actually is drop shipping? Now, over the past 7 years of me doing this, I never once had to hold a single unit of inventory in my warehouse, my office, my bedroom, literally nowhere, because all the inventory is stored in warehouses, whether that's in China or the USA. How drop shipping works is a customer lands on your website, they purchase a product from your website for 30 bucks. You then go to your supplier and [music] pay them 10 bucks, and the supplier ships the product from their warehouse directly to the customer, and you keep the profit in the middle. [music] do this 10, 20, 30 times in a day and you could be printing some pretty good money. And I know there's a lot more to it. And so that's why in this video, I'm not going to be explaining a whole 5h hour long course. I'm just going to be giving you guys exactly what you need so that after this video, you can literally go ahead and start your own store, find your own product, and run your ads, and literally start getting sales. So, if you guys just lock in for the next 20 to 30 minutes, take this seriously, you guys will be off to a great start. And so with all that being said, the first thing we need to dive into is creating our website. So I'll leave a link down below to store.ai. This is how we can create our website with AI. And it literally makes the entire process super seamless and super super easy. So we're going to go ahead and just click build my free store right here. And it's going to ask us to click this create Shopify account button. So all you need to do is just enter an email to create your Shopify account. I'm going to go ahead and enter an email right here. Once you enter your email, go ahead and click on this next button [music] right here. And then it's going to ask you to make a quick password and then go ahead and click create account [music] right here. Now, with this link, you're going to be able to get Shopify for a single dollar for the next three months, which is an absolutely insane deal. So, once you go ahead and enter your card information, go ahead and click subscribe for $1. This step is really important. So, make sure you get this completed. And once that's done, it should take you to [music] this page right here. Now, there's a few different plans, and all of them are going to be $1 for the next 3 months. But the only one you pretty much really need is the basic. However, if you do want to add multiple members to your store, you should go with the grow plan. However, I'm not going to do that right now. So, I'm just going to go ahead and click try basic. And then go ahead and click not now on this page right here. And we can go ahead and just click skip right here. And now we are officially inside our Shopify store where everything is going to be hosted. Then we're going to go ahead and simply copy our website URL and go back to store launch and click I've created my store and paste this URL right here and click on next step. [music] What this is going to do is validate the website that we just created and it's going to prompt us to install the store launch app right here. And this is what's going to make creating stores so so much easier. So we're going to go ahead and click install on the app right here. And it's going to take us back to this page. And you should have already confirmed your Shopify trial. So once you're on this step, click confirm. And it looks like we are pretty much all set and ready to go. All right, perfect. So you should see this screen right here. And you can go ahead and click generate your store with AI. And it should take you to a page like this. And this is just the onboarding. And it asks us to paste a product link that we want to build our store around. So now we actually have to go out and find that product. Now, as far as finding products, there are a few different ways you can go about it. I'm going to be using AutoDS and I'll leave a link down below so you guys can go ahead and sign up to AutoDS. By the way, before we continue the video, for anyone who needs a little extra help with their drop shipping process, my course is completely free linked down below. Inside, you'll have access to a detailed breakdown of my entire drop shipping blueprint. And if you ever get stuck along the way, you can feel free to ask me any questions directly inside the program. But without any further ado, let's get back to the video. So, I'm going to go ahead and fill all this out real quick. And once it's done, go ahead and click on join now right here. Once you're on this page, go ahead and click on Shopify for the selling channel. And not only is AutoDS going to help us actually find the product, but it's also going to take care of all the shipping and fulfillment for us. And it's connected directly to our store. So, we literally do not have to do anything when an order comes in. So, we're going to go ahead and click on start now for 99 on this screen right now. And then go ahead and fill out all your information right here and click on continue. Perfect. So once AutoDS is successfully connected and installed on your store, we're going to want to find a winning product. So we're going to go over to the Tik Tok analytics section. And this is just going to show us a bunch of products that are popping on Tik Tok shop. So this is exactly how we can find trending products and use it to our advantage and sell it on a channel that nobody else is selling it on. Okay. Now, before I actually get into finding these products [music] there are a few requirements that I like each product that I look for to actually meet. Number one, I want the product to be recently trending. I don't want to start selling a product that was trending 3 months ago and every drop shipper in their mom is already selling. The product has to be trending now and making money right now. Number two, the product can't easily be available in stores. I don't want to start selling a product that's available in the nearest Target or Walmart because then otherwise what would be the value in somebody ordering it online? And number three, the product has to have a high perceived value. I want to be able to sell it for at least three to four times more than what I'm sourcing it for, as well as have at least at least a minimum of a $20 margin on the product. And the next requirement is I want a lot of available content for this product because initially we're going to be using existing content that's already available for this product on websites like Tik Tok, YouTube, or wherever else they might have content. And last, but certainly not least, I want the product to actually solve a big problem. Remember, the bigger the problems that you guys solve, the more money you will make. I don't want this to be a gimmicky product that's a seasonal up and down quick fidget spinner type of trend. While you can make money with those, I want a big problem-solving product that I can run for a longer period of time. [music] So, with that being said, let's get into actually finding these products. So, once I'm on the Tik Tok analytics tab right here, I'm going to go over to the last 30 days. And for the total GMV, I'm going to put $300,000. And I'm doing this just because there's a lot of products on here and I don't want to see products that everybody else is seeing. So, I'm going to go ahead and click on save right here. And we should be able to see quite a few products here right off the bat and see if I come across anything that meets my requirements and criteria so that I can then show you guys this as an example. Perfect. So, I came across this product right here which is for dark underarms, knees, elbows, and it's sort of like a brightening mask for those areas. and it's at $246,000 in gross monthly volume, which is a pretty good amount, but not high enough to where everybody and their mom is drop shipping. So, this is sort of the sweet spot that I like to stick at. And this Tik Tok shop listing is currently selling this for $29, which is a perfect sort of price range that we want to stay at. And you guys can see this is currently doing 5 to 8K per day on Tik Tok shop. And you guys can see all the videos that are doing well for it, which you can then use these exact videos as pieces of content on Facebook because it hasn't been used on Facebook yet. These are all Tik Tok pieces of content. So you can literally come into here and have all these pieces of content available to run as ads. Now, let's say we want to make a store around this product right here. So I'm going to go ahead and click import and start sourcing. This is not only going to import the product into our store, but it's also going to find sourcing for it. So, I'm going to go ahead and click this right here, and it's going to import the product and then find some suppliers and sourcing so that we can directly integrate it within our store. So, the next time an order comes in, it's going to get completely taken care of for us without having us to lift a single finger. Okay, perfect. So, it looks like it was imported into our store and it found a bunch of different suppliers and sourcing that we can actually use from. So you guys can see right here there's just a bunch of different options right here and we can go ahead and select one of them. I'm going to go ahead and choose this and click on continue and then click on this add variation button and click right here and then click on continue again. And this is the listing we're going to be sourcing from. And you can see the item cost is $1.40 with the shipping price being $9. So it'll come out to around almost $11 shipped with a total of 12 days shipping time. So I'm going to go ahead and click on link product right here and link product once again. And now the product has been linked. So anytime we get an order on our Shopify store, it's going to go directly into AutoDS and AutoDS is going to handle all of the fulfillment. And so if we go over to the products tab right here, you can see this is linked and it's all ready and set to go. Now, if we go back to our Shopify store and go over to the products tab, you can see the product is integrated into our store as you can see right here. And the issue is it is on our store. However, if we go and click preview, if we look at the listing, this doesn't really look like a store anybody would buy from. It almost looks like a scam. So, what we're going to do is go over to store launch where we were before, and we're going to go ahead and run this product through store launch and have it create the entire store for us. So, I'm going to go ahead and click browse and select the product that's already on our store. Go ahead and click on continue. Click this and click on continue. We're going to have it generate a store. And I'm going to just go and change the style and choose this radiant theme. I'm also going to want a homepage for this product. So I'm going to select this and then click on build my store right here. And now it's just going to go ahead and scrape that product information and create you a preview of a store that you're going to get. So let's go ahead and check out this preview as it's finishing up right here. Perfect. So you can see we have a preview of our store. I'm definitely going to shorten this title to just a few words cuz it's way too long right now. Looks like this is fine for now. I'm going to change the price to $29.95 and I'm going to change the compare at to $49.95. And the brand color seems fine. They chose a pretty good brand color for us. And you can see it literally has everything that we need when it comes to this product. And it looks like a very high converting store. So I'm going to [music] go ahead and click publish store right here. Perfect. So now it's in the process of actually building our entire store around this product. It's going to build the homepage. It's going to build the product page and literally everything that we need to start selling this product. And you guys can literally see the entire store was created for us in literally under 30 seconds. We can scroll through the homepage. This is a very nice and presentable homepage. And if we even click into the shop button right here, we will see our product page, which is pretty much ready and set to go to drive traffic to. Now, the next thing we need to do after finding the product, connecting it to a supplier, and building a store for it is actually marketing and advertising. If we just have our store like this, nobody's going to find it or know about it. So, there are a few different ways we can go about actually marketing this website. The first method, which is completely free and doesn't require much budget, is known as organic marketing. This is a pretty good example of what that looks like. You guys can see this page is getting hundreds and thousands of views. This one even has a million. And this is a product that just picks up dog poop and scoops it up. And this is their store. And I'm not going to lie, the store looks like poop. So, it aligns with the product at least. But anyway, this store could be way way better. This is known as organic marketing, guys. You literally just post videos of your product, demonstrating it, how it works, putting it in a viral and funny way. And you guys can see these videos are getting millions and millions of views, driving a bunch of conversions [music] to their website right here. Now, the thing with organic marketing is, yes, you're going to save a ton of money by not having to spend money on paid ads, but you're going to have to spend a lot of time creating this content, ordering the product, making different edits, adding different hooks, and posting just a bunch of pieces of content every single day. Now, that brings me into my next method of marketing, which is paid Instagram and Facebook ads. This is personally my favorite and my bread and butter and what I've used over the past 7 years to generate millions and millions of dollars. It does take money upfront. However, once you start making money, it almost becomes like a money printer. The more money you put in, the more money you get out of it. Now, of course, your store, product, and ads all have to be on par. But I'm going to go ahead and show you guys the exact strategy that I use so you guys can replicate it for yourself. So, this is what the Facebook Ads Manager looks like. It might look scary at first, but trust me, you're going to get used to it and it's going to be a piece of cake. The first thing we need to do is set up our columns. So, we're going to go over here to columns and click on customize columns. and literally pause the video and copy every single column that I have right here. As I'm scrolling through it, you guys can just pause and copy everything that I have here. This is just going to help you read the data in a way better and more organized fashion so that once you do start spending money, you can actually see the data correctly and know what moves to make next. The next thing we need to do is go ahead and create our first advertising campaign. So, we're going to go over here to the green create button and we're going to go ahead and choose sales for the campaign objective right here. and then go ahead and click on continue. What we're going to name this campaign is just the name of our product. So, we're just going to name it exfoliation just just because it's an exfoliation product that we're testing. As far as the daily budget goes, we're going to keep this at $100 per [music] day. And we're going to let this run for at least 1 to two days. Depending on how bad or good the results are, we will either decide to keep letting it run or even cut it after it spent its first $50 if the results are just completely trash. So don't get scared when you see this number. We're going to be also making money and bringing in money as this is spending, especially if you do everything right and you choose a good product. So once you're done with this step, click on next. And for the adset name, we're going to name this broad one. This is going to be our first ad set, which essentially just means who we're going to be targeting. And because we're going to keep it broad and not target anybody in specific [music] because we prefer Facebook to just do the targeting for us, I named this broad one. As far as the conversion location goes, we want to make sure this is set to website and this is set to maximum number of conversions. For the data set, you want to select your pixel. If you don't already have a pixel, you can create a new one right here. And then for the conversion event, you want to make sure you choose purchase. It's really important that you do this because we are optimizing for purchases. We don't want to set this to add to cart or anything else because we don't want add to carts. We want purchasers. After that's done, we're going to scroll down. Everything else is going to be left pretty much the exact same thing. and go ahead and click on next right here. Perfect. So on this step, we're going to name the first ad ad number one just because this is going to be our first ad. And we're going to scroll down, choose the Facebook page that you're going to be running it towards. Keep scrolling down. And as far as the website URL, we're literally going to go and send them to the product page here. We don't want to send them to the homepage and have them click this other button and then click this other button. That's just going to confuse customers. So, we're going to send them directly to our product page where once they see the ad, they can click into it and purchase the product from here. Obviously, we don't have a domain for this website right now. So, make sure you buy a domain and then go ahead and do all this. So, we're going to scroll down and click on set up creative and click on image or video. And so, like I mentioned before, you can use existing clips that are already on the internet or create AI images to run as your first few campaigns. My favorite is just to use existing clips that are already out there. And so, for example, we can go to Tik Tok and search the product name. And you guys can see right here, this is a demonstration of the exact product that we're selling right now with 850,000 views right here. So, you can literally go ahead and copy the URL right here. And then go over to any video downloader. I'm going to be using Ecom Sauces video downloader. Go ahead and paste the Tik Tok URL and click get download. And it's going to go ahead and fetch that URL without the Tik Tok watermark. And you just want to go ahead and click on save and it'll download it directly to your computer. And then we can go over to Facebook, click setup creative, click on video ad right here, and then go ahead and upload that video that we just downloaded right here. And as you can see, it appeared right here. And then we're going to scroll down and fill in all of this text. Now, a really easy way to get this all filled in is to go back to store and go to the ad copywriter tool right here. And then go ahead and click create ad copy and choose that product and click on add. and it's just going to generate a few pieces of ad copy made for Facebook ads. So this way we can literally just copy and paste it. So right here, I think there are five. Yeah, there are five. And I like this one right here. So I'm going to go ahead and just copy all of this text. Go back to Facebook and put this as the primary text. And this looks pretty good. So dark underarms were holding me back. Then this brightening mask changed everything. And it has three bullet points of benefits. And it says, "Click below to get yours." That's perfect. We're going to go ahead and copy the headline right here. And go ahead and just paste it right here. And then there's also a description section, which is right here. And go ahead, copy that. And paste it right here. Now, another really important thing for the call to action, we're going to want to change this [music] to shop now. And it looks like that is set. Perfect. So, everything is pretty much ready. However, we do need two more videos under this one broad ad set. So, each broad ad set will have three videos underneath it. So, I'm going to go ahead and click on this three dots and then click on quick duplicate right here. I'm going to go ahead and name this ad number two. And what your job to do is go ahead and literally just find another video. Go ahead and change selection and just upload another video of this product. And we're going to do this one more time. So, you're going to have a total of three videos underneath broad campaign number one. And once that's done, you can hit the green publish button and it's going to publish your entire campaign. All right, perfect. So, our campaign is published. What we're going to do is go into it and make two more adets with three creatives in each one. So, we're going to have a total of three adsets with three creatives in each coming out to a total of nine different creatives. So, I'm going to go ahead and click duplicate. I'm going to uncheck this, click continue, and make two different copies right here. And this way, we have broad one copy. I'm just going to name this as [music] broad two. And then we're going to have broad three. And all you want to do is go into each one of these, add one, add two, and add three. Add one, add two, and add three, and just swap out the creatives, and leave everything else the same. I'm not going to do that for time sakes, but I'm going to go ahead and click publish right here so you guys can get an idea of how this is going to look. So, we're going to have this campaign at $100 per day. This $100 is going to get dispersed between these three adets and then it's going to get dispersed between the three creatives in here depending on whichever one Facebook thinks is going to perform better. [music] So, we're spending a total of $100. It's not going to be $2 or $300 because we have three in here. It's limited at that $100 and Facebook's [music] going to decide where that money goes. Perfect. So, at this point, you have your store, you have your product, you have your supplier connected, and you have ads actively running. Now, all you really need to do at this point is just sit back, relax, and wait [music] for sales to roll in. You also want to make sure you read the data carefully because there are a few important metrics that will tell us how to move [music] forward or whether we should just completely turn off and kill the product. The first one is CPC. This stands for cost per click. If your cost per click is above $3, that's usually pretty expensive. But my rule of thumb is if you have sales and you are profitable, even if the cost per click is high, let it continue running. Usually, you want your cost per click to hover around a dollar to $2.50 max. So, if you've spent around 30 to 50 bucks and your cost per click is just through the roof, that might just be a sign that your videos that you're running aren't good because it's costing you way too much to get somebody to watch your ad and click onto your site. Now, let's say you got a sale, but you're not really too profitable. I don't really expect to be profitable on day one. I'm just letting the ads run and getting data. However, if you do see buying intent, aka a ton of ads to carts, a ton of initiate checkouts, and maybe a purchase or two, that's a really good sign, especially on day one. In that case, I'll let it run and continue to run onwards towards day two. Another rule of thumb I like to follow is if I'm breaking even and not really losing money, there's nothing to lose and I'll for sure continue to let the ads run and maybe tweak the offer and make a few changes to try and get out of that break even point and become profitable. Now, let's say you got a couple sales, maybe two or three sales on day one, a couple sales on day two. This is a really good [music] sign, especially if you are profitable. So, at that point, you're spending a h 100red bucks per day. What you want to do is just increase that budget to $250 per day. And then also remember to continuously add new videos and creatives so that Facebook has more options to feed off of. So let's say you're even profitable at $250 per day in budget. All you simply want to do is raise that to 500 then to a,000 then 1,500 and so on. And before you know it, you're going to be spending $1,000 per day making back $4 to $5,000 in sales. That's when things get really really exciting and really fun. And so by this point, you pretty much have everything you need set up. But I'm not going to lie, there are a lot of steps in between. And so if you guys want a very in-depth step-by-step guide, I do have a fully free AI drop shipping course linked down below, which just goes so much more in depth. And I also show a live case study of me starting and scaling a store from zero to over $1,000 per day, showing you every single step that I do along the way. And it's sort of like an over-the-shoulder guide. So, if you think that's something that will benefit you guys, click the link below and join in on the free course. I don't know how much longer this course is going to be free for, but again, all the resources and everything I talked about will also be linked down below. And if you're not subscribed already, I don't know what you're doing. Tap the subscribe button and I'll see you guys in the next one. Peace.
