I still can't believe that I've been doing drop shipping for less than two years and I make more than the average doctor's salary in just a few months. Average doctor in the United States makes about $386,000 a year. And in the last 6 weeks, I made $435,000 in revenue with just this one store. Let me hit the refresh button for you here. And I use a tool called Triple Well because it makes it easy to see your revenue, but more importantly, your actual profit. So, as you can see here from this $435,000 in revenue in the last six weeks, we've made $121,000 in net profit on 27% profit margins advertising primarily through just Facebook. As you can see here, this is some of the soft metrics and we're doing really good. The the biggest thing that stands out is $22 CPMs advertising to the US. This ad account is about 70% natives and some statics. And I'm now just incorporating a few video ads, but it's primarily native and static ads with a really nice return on ad spend there. 2.18 return on ad spend, give or take 6,000 almost 7,000 purchases. And this is a onetime purchase product. So people unfortunately aren't coming back and resubscribing like a supplement brand, but it's still good nevertheless. And it's been a while since I've just sat down and talked with you guys with my journey, my experience over the last couple of months. Um, and updating you on a few different life changes as well. So, um, the one first biggest thing is that I've moved out of my old apartment into a new home that I'm renting. Um, this home is pretty dope. About 3,000 ft, sixbedroom home. Um, absolutely a ton of space and a great great location to kind of just sit here and focus on the next wave of my ecom career. uh moved out of that apartment. Uh the location, everything was nice, but I got tired of living in an apartment. I lived on the sixth floor and just moving from, you know, the apartment was great because, you know, leaving stuff in your car in an apartment, having to go all the way downstairs to get it and then come back upstairs and um you know, just living in here in Tampa, South Tampa specifically, there's a lot of great homes and locations for a great price compared to what I was paying for that apartment, which was overlooking the water. really nice area, but kind of decided to just move into a home now. It was it was about time now to to move into a home. I'm 26 years old and um being inside a home is just so much better, especially since I also host inventory for my supplement brand as well. So, just having that extra space is just great. So, that's dope. Um over the last few months, the biggest things for me, the two biggest things is just really refining my skills as a marketer, as an ecom under um operator, and just understanding the ins and outs of the game. Um, my supplement is still going strong. My supplement brand is still doing really well. The numbers for the supplement brand is pretty solid. So, yesterday we did about $992 in revenue. If I hit the refresh button here, you can see we took home $300 in net profit. So, we're doing close to about $7 to $10,000 a month in net profit. This is obviously a lower scale brand. And one of the biggest reasons for that is that I have inventory management. So, unlike a drop shipping brand, I can't just scale budgets infinitely and and just make a ton of money overnight. I have to kind of manage um supplement my supplement brand inventory. Um and that's kind of made me kind of slowly but surely raise spend and kind of cruise control, especially in this latter half of the the year because I ran out of inventory. So, I'm now just getting my next batch of inventory around tomorrow. So, that's pretty cool. Um, I think for me, this supplement that I'm currently um advertising on my current product line is is good and dandy, but it's not the thing that I want to scale with. So, going into 2027, which I've already kind of formulated and planned and built out a strategy for, I'm moving my focus into a new supplement under the same brand, just a new product, and it's going to speak to a bigger total addressable market. It's a product with a way better flavor and easier profile. Right now, the the product that I'm selling is chlorophyll gummies. It's designed to help use the green pigmentation from plants to help reduce body odor naturally. Um, so that's body odor. That's bad morning breath. And although that's a good product, there's so many other solutions on the market that people ultimately prefer to go to. Uh, especially considering that I'm trying to sell the chlorophyll gummy for a premium price due to my cost of goods and it the market doesn't uphold that price, right? They're selling chlorophyll for $30 when there's a liquid version for $9.99 is a little bit challenging. It requires a high level of branding. And I'm personally not in love with this product. It's my first product that I formulated and developed here in the United States. And I only ship and sell here in the US. But my manufacturer sat with them for some time to help go back and forth with the formulation. And the product itself is dope. it it solves a good enough problem, but not one that I think I can really scale to 7 8 n figures eventually. Um, so we're pivoting to a bigger a product that solves a bigger problem. It it solves a much bigger problem and has way more angles and pain points and desires that it speaks to. And the flavoring, you see, if you never had chlorophyll before, it's the pigmentation of plants. So, it's very grassy and you have to pair that with some mint, especially since one of the active ingredients is mint. And it leaves you with this really strong mint flavor, which some people love, some people hate. And getting the right tropical flavoring, which typically tends to be what people prefer when it comes to a gummy, is hard to blend those two together, a strong mint and like a sweet gummy. Um, so paired with that and the idea that it's just a harder gummy to work with, even though I'm able to make it profitable, about $300 a month in profit, about 10k a month in profit. Um, it's it's not I'm not in love with it and I know I can make a better product that's that speaks to a colder audience of people. Right. Right now, we found a lot of success selling our chlorophyll gummies to people that already know what chlorophyll is and they already take it in a pill or lucid version and they want to enjoy it from a sweet g candy tasting approach. Selling chlorophyll so far to a completely unaware audience, people that aren't familiar with it but just have a problem has been challenging. So, pivoting to another product that is a little bit easier to sell that on. And from an ethical morale standpoint, we are going to be selling a product that is scientifically proven to solve the problems that we're going to market to. Chlorophyll can help you with reducing body odor and and bad breath, but it's not technically there's no peer-reviewed articles or clinical studies that 100% say this does this every time. It's more about, hey, this can do this and it's proven to do it in some cases. So the results and the transformation that people get are very minor and for the price which we're charging a decent amount for the market value I just from what I've gathered don't believe that the value exchange is quite there for the average consumer. So um selling it to an existing group of people that already value chlorophyll is easy but to unaware audience like I mentioned that needs more trust needs more education they're going to be less likely to stick to a product like this. So that is that. So, in the meantime, what I've been doing is just kind of selling through my inventory very lightly through Amazon, Tik Tok, and Shopify. Um, and then during that time, over the last few months, I've been formulating a new product. Went back and forth with my manufacturer. And by the way, this drop shipping product that I showed you at the start, um, is a drop shipping product. It's a onetime purchase drop shipping product. I am now talking about my supplement brand, which is a whole separate product. My drop shipping product I source and manufacture with my private supplier from China. And then my supplement brand is made and manufactured here in the United States. I do not drop ship supplements from China to the United States. Personally, I have a great manufacturer in the US that sources the highest quality ingredients and allows me to have that tag on my pouch that says made in the United States. A little bit more expensive and requires me to do anQ, which is quite literally the opposite of drop shipping. But uh just providing that context cuz I know some people might be just discovering me now or may not be too familiar with my journey in ecom over the last year and almost two years. So just a little little catch up there. But um you know I plan on taking this product eventually to to retail market chains and you know getting inside stores. So having the right paperwork, having the right batch testing, and having an ethically sourced product that actually solves a problem and isn't just sugar and water matters a lot to me. So that's why I don't drop ship products from China. Not to say that they don't have good quality products there, but I personally don't do that. I already know there's going to be somebody asking me in the comment section like, "Yo, why don't you, you know, are you sourcing this from China? And if not, why?" I know I can get better quality ingredients, um, higher level manufacturing and better manufacturing reporting and just documentation here in the US than in China. Now, I will say sourcing here in the United States is typically more expensive than sourcing in China. Um, China allows you to get super cheap cost of goods for gummies and supplements, but um, you know, there's that trade-off there. But anyway, newer product is going to be dope. I'm excited to share that with you guys. I'm going to be taking a different approach with my marketing. Um, I initially started off the chlorophyll brand with just UGC creators, a little bit of native ads, and then some a lot of statics. My best ads right now are still static ads, which is just so great. Um, but instead of like investing a lot into the UGC creators and all that stuff, I'm going to really be taking it from a barebones approach with just statics and natives. Um, that's what's working really well for my drop shipping brand right now. And I'm going to get a few UGC creators to kind of blend in some of that um creative uh flow. But working with like actual UGC creators and affiliates are is very expensive, especially for a bootstrap brand. I only have so much capital and resources. So, [clears throat] you know, it was very expensive because you're having to pay them retainer and then a commission and then this oftent times is super unprofitable and you're kind of paying playing the long-term attribution game where you pay for a UGC affiliate to make videos today to bring on a customer that stays on for life. And that's in a very expensive acquisition process, right? It's very expensive because [clears throat] you're basically having to lose a ton of money up front for a few months before you actually attribute that that money back. You're seeing my supplement brand now net about $300 in net profit today, but the last few months I've been super unprofitable. I've been losing hundreds of dollars every day. And although that's kind of necessary to get your brand off the ground and get it some credibility, obviously don't want to do that forever. I I started the business to be profitable, not to lose $2 $300 a day. So, I am going to hold off on affiliates right now, especially because we have so many angles with this newer product. And it is, by the way, I'll give you the little general field of direction. It's in the gut health space. So, there's so many solutions, right? Like depending on the product, gut health can be attributed to acne. It could be trigger attributed to just overall bloating, um stomach pain, cramps, um you know, weight loss obviously a whole bunch of different things that it can go into. So, I'm going to use statics and natives to test some different angles, avatars, and desires with the newer supplement product. That's what what's working really well for all my drop shipping stores. Obviously, you know, why not just take that same approach to my actual someone brand and go from there and establish that winning marketing angle and desire and ideally a winning avatar as well. I would love to be able to find an untapped avatar because the gut space is just super competitive. It's so so so so competitive. I'm in for a lot of work right now like when I start to actually market the product. But my goal is that my mechanism plus the actual product being good and sourced really ethically and tastes really well and we have certain marketing direct response marketing techniques I can use to speak to certain parts of the market that other competitors have not. That's what I'm kind of hoping to take the advantage on. But it's going to be a challenge and I'm up for a lot of work in 2027 which is exactly what I want. You know, that's the the whole point of of working hard in life. So, [clears throat] that is kind of um my approach there with that. Um and then what I'm going to do with the chlorophyll, I'm going to load up on some more inventory now, a light batch of about a couple thousand units of each flavor and then turn off all my ads for the product. I might run some just low spend static ads that are still profitable for me, but I'm not going to be running like any Tik Tok JMV Max ads. I might run some PPC Amazon ads because they are PPC after all. So I might do that as well. And that's really it. My PPC Amazon ads are actually like typically really profitable um because of the Facebook spillover. You know, a lot of people I generate a lot of initial attention on Facebook and then that um spills over to Amazon which makes the PPC campaigns a lot more um successful which is always good. But I want to uh definitely like just let the the sales kind of just do their thing um organically and then go from there. So that's kind of the the thought process for me. Um, yeah, that's kind of the thought process for me there. And let the inventory hold me through pretty much most of 2027 without any any ad spend behind it and put more of my money, energy, and focus into the newer gut health product that I'm going to be launching. Um, that's kind of the thought process there. And then if that skew goes really well, continue to just double down on that. And I really want to scale and focus on this this upcoming skew for all of 2027. I think it's just so much easier to have your focus, money, and resources into one SKUs. I launched a second flavor for the chlorophyll product, and I, you know, it just creates another level of complication that isn't the most ideal. Um, [clears throat] but, you know, I think it makes sense. when it makes sense, I'll I'll definitely be looking to launch more flavors on this product if it, you know, when it makes sense and if it's super profitable. So, that's that's the that's that um drop shipping now, right? Let's get into the drop shipping side of life. That's been really really fun, man. I had a season earlier this year where I've been I be totally transparent. I was kind of a little bit laidback, too laid-back with my drop shipping stores. I wasn't really putting in that much effort. Obviously, because I run an online school community and I have an obligation to always provide the most up-to-date information, I still was running stores throughout all of the year, but with the focus of launching a new supplement brand and learning all that comes with that. A lot of my focus went there and I kind of like let things sit sit back and I haven't really been able to scale any stores as heavily like I wanted to at the start of the year. Um, but over the last few months, the supplement brand's kind of just gone the way it's been doing. I have a customer support rep. I have the winning angles and avatars that's kind of just running in the ad account. Amazon's up to speed with everything and so is Tik Tok. Um we have over a thousand orders on Tik Tok with a 4.6 star rating which is just so so nice. Um you know but it took a lot of my focus initially which took my focus away from drop shipping which will still always be my first love. Um, and now, let me see if I can find Tik Tok. Now, over the last few months, I've been kind of just focused on my uh, drop shipping stores because they cash flow way more than, you know, they cash for way more than my supplement brand, right? my supplement brand. Pretty much everything that I make, I put back into into the the the brand um itself. For my drop shipping stores, I can literally net 30% margins and just deposit that in my bank account afterwards, right? Like I don't hold any inventory obviously because we're drop shipping and um there's there's way less work involved to scale a drop shipping store than a supplement brand. Like it's bar none. So, the stores that I've been scaling, I have another store that I had an issue with my ad account. It was actually picking up or doing about $600 a day in revenue. Um, and it was picking up and it I got hit with like a like an identity. I needed to verify my identity on my ad account and that slowed ads down and turned off ads for a few days. I had to verify my identity and then I turned all my ads back on and they're all broken now. None of them are converting the way I want them to. So, I had to start from scratch again. So, I'm re ramping that up, which is just annoying. But, I have that going. And then I had a third store that I was going to that was looking promising, but I just was struggling to get it off the ground like I really wanted to. Like, I got it off the ground, but I was struggling to get it to scale like I wanted to. And then I have this store doing really well. And then my other store and then my supper brand. So, I'm like, let me just boil boil this down to just one or two drop shipping stores and my supplement, right? I don't need to be focusing on five different stores right now. Um, and and until like some of these stores start to really just operate on their own, then of course I can introduce new stores, but why am I trying to launch five new stores at the same time? I don't have enough brain power and time in the day and focus to do that. So, that's kind of what I've been doing. And my goal is to scale this store throughout all of Q4 and and far into Q1 hopefully. And then there will be the Chinese supplier stuff happening where they take the time off for their Chinese holiday in about early March. So continue just milk as much money as I can until Q1 and then take a break for March, wait until the Chinese manufacturers come back and then just pick it up again from there and then put all my focus into my supplement brand during that kind of hiatus. So that's kind of the the thought process there. I'm currently in the process of also looking for a new car. I've been looking at this BMW X4. Um, I'm looking for like an SUV, kind of sportier SUV. I've looked at the GL3 U 53s as well for Mercedes, but I'm not trying to spend too much money, you know? I just got a uh and the only reason why I'm looking for a new car right now is cuz I I talked to my tax guy and he's like, "Dude, you are going to pay a ton of money in taxes, right? you're going to pay a ton. You're paying, you know, probably 70 to $80,000 in taxes this year after all the money I made. So, I'm like, that's a lot of money. Um, and he's like, here's a couple things you can do. One, you know, make sure you have money in like an investment account, which I already do, but then two, you need to pay for a new vehicle that weighs a certain amount of pounds, so you can reduce your tax liability. I do live in the state of Florida, so I don't have any personal like um like state tax. It's just only federal personal tax. And then I also have an escorp, so I don't have to pay any taxes on my escort, which is great. But the money that I've made in net in and net in profit this year is is a significant amount, you know, so I have to pay a lot in taxes. So that's going to be fun to deal with. But I have uh BMW here that that's looking promised. I'm going to go check it out in a couple of days and pick up a second car. And then, yeah, I mean, that's really life, man. I mean, for me, um, I want to get back to doing some some traveling pretty soon here. I did not really travel this much this year. I went to the World Cup earlier this year in New York, which is cool. Um, and saw some family because I'm originally from Connecticut, so that was cool. But I haven't I didn't I don't think I left the country this year, which would be the first time in a few years since I have not left the country. Typically travel once or twice a year. Um, so that's that's definitely going to be on the bucket list for next year. A lot of it has just been difficult because I've been holding inventory for the supplement brand. Now I have a supplier um not a supplier rather a 3PL, a reliable 3PL which is Amazon. I have Amazon shipping all my orders through their multi- channel fulfillment process which you can do which is dope. Send all your inventory to Amazon. You can have Amazon fulfill orders on your Shopify website even if they didn't order from Amazon which is great. So, I finally have that situated. And then, yeah, I mean, I send all my inventory to Amazon and Tik Tok. They take care of that. So, now I'm not like having to fulfill orders anymore, which is good. I'm at a certain level of scale where it makes sense to just send that off to 3PL for the supplement brand. Um, so that's good. And then, yeah, 2027 is just about like getting better. I mean, there's there's not really much else to it like get better, continue to scale more stores. I can talk about SBC a little bit, my online community, Social Brands Club. Um, most of you guys, if you've been watching my videos, you know that that's my community. That's my child basically. I put so much work and effort into growing that community and making sure I provide the most value possible for the for a great price, right? Like there's no upsells. There's no high ticket like if you want this level, you have to pay more. I really try to put all my energy and effort into the knowledge I have inside that community. And it's been really fun, man. I've been enjoying just working with so many people and helping them grow and change their lives. And you know, it's it's easy to on core sellers, right? And especially in the drop shipping space. And I get it. A lot of people scam. A lot of people make false promises and do And you know, you have the right to be skeptical, right? I would be hesitant working with anybody and guru in the drop shipping space. I I would be too. Um, so that's why for me like I just try to make as much value as possible, man. And like the right people will find their way, the right people will learn, the right people will will take advantage of whatever opportunity out there. And you know, for me, drop shipping is a game of just knowing the right things and also knowing the right people. I've learned more from just connections and networking with other people than I have just from any course, any anything that I've purchased to learn about Facebook ads and ecom and drop shipping and all that stuff. You know what I mean? So, you know, that's that's also been a big focus for me. I want to continue to refine that community. We put a lot of focus in. Now, I say we as in me. Um, I put a lot of focus into the trainings on how to iterate and test. I think that's the biggest thing. I think most people that watch my YouTube videos know how to find a winning product. They know what that looks like. They know how to build a store. It's not that it's not rocket science, especially now with cloud. Where a lot of people fail is their ability to test properly. And something I've been stressing in my community more and more is you need to understand that just because you launched a batch of ads with a script or prompt that you found or used or paid for doesn't mean your first or second or even third batch of of ads are going to just hit for you. The most successful people in ecom right now understand the importance of sheer volume and quality testing and not just letting Facebook's first few days worth of data tell you whether or not you should continue with that product or not. They understand that their responsibility is to make this a winning product. You're not just going to find a magical hidden product that no one's ever heard of. It's drop shipping in 2027. Basically, there's not a product that no one has heard of. It's more about can I find a way to market the same product that's been around forever in a new way or to a new group of people. And you know, that's where I've been putting a lot of focus in the course material inside of Social Brands Club. It's a lot of like how to actually test, what do I do to test? I just launched a native training, by far the one of the best and most valuable trainings on the face of this planet. If you run native ads, even if you run static ads, I have I have a training for that as well where I basically for what feels like an eternity. Um, I spend so much time breaking down exactly how to iterate and what to do per iteration. So, like if you're running native ads and you have a hook, right, or whatever, right? This is like a two-hour training. If you have like a hook or something and the hook isn't converting, well, I show you a live example of another type of hook you should run. In fact, I have an entire swipe file that I added in here, which is about 100 winning native ads. Um, it's a personalized swipe file made from my online community and it goes into the different native story frameworks that you can test if you're testing right now and not seeing the results you want. I am not just plugging this to flex [snorts] or whatever or like try to get you inside a social brand club right now. Whether you join or not like it's totally up to you dude. I don't really ultimately I don't I don't mean to be rude. It's not that I don't care, but I like I understand not everyone has the money or wants to um pay to be in a community rather figure it on their own. Totally understand. But in the same breath, I urge you to understand that if you want to be successful in drop shipping, testing a product for a few days, not seeing the results you want in your official test, and then saying, "Well, this must be a product problem, and then moving on to a new product," will will forever put you in this this really vicious cycle of constantly product testing and never getting anywhere. You have to understand that you have to be a better marketer. And no, just because you have some prompts or scripts from your favorite guru or whatever, doesn't mean that your ads are automatically supposed to be great. You have to diagnose your problems in your ads and figure out what you can do better and figure out what the market is doing better and implementing that. So, I put a lot of time into that. When it comes to natives and statics, I don't really talk about video ads on my uh channel that much these days, nor do I do talk about in the school community because, you know, for most people iterating and creating AI claimation ads or AIGC ads is expensive and timeconuming and I'm able to scale stores with mostly just natives and statics because I'm able to create way more natives and statics than the average person is able at creating an AI UGC or AI claimation ad. Not to say that those ad types don't work. I've seen people scale the crap out of their stores with them. But at the end of the day, if you can only make a couple of those, how really effective is it versus the person that can make 100 different static ads and test 100 different angles? You know what I mean? So, that's kind of the the thought process there. So, continue to work on just improving the school community. Continue to just scale my drop shipping stores. the store that or the product that I'm selling that I'm scaling with right now. I'm probably it's probably going to die out as soon as Q1 starts. So, I'm going to milk this store, try to net as much cash as possible for the end of the year and then start to put a little bit more focus into another Q4 or another uh drop shipping product until the Chinese New Year's happens. And then during that time and that hiatus, really put a big focus on the supplement brand and just go from there. goal is to just net 50 to $80,000 a month in net profit and um just live life, stack cash, live life, you know, that's kind of ultimate goal there. Um so yeah, that that is it for me, man. A little little life update there. No real tutorial or training for today's video, but I have some more tutorials coming soon. So stay tuned and uh see you guys on the next one. Peace.
