Hey guys, what's going on? Welcome back to a new video. In this one, we're going to be doing a 24-hour drop shipping challenge, which means we are going to find a product to sell, we're going to set up a store for it, get some ads, and then run them for 24 hours, and see if we can be profitable. Before we go into it, if you guys are new, make sure to subscribe to the channel below, and follow me on Instagram at ecomMarco. If you guys are going to be starting a Shopify store yourself, I'll leave a link where you can get a 3-day free trial, and then your first 3 months for just $1 a month in the description below. And if you need help getting started with drop shipping, you can apply for my program in the description below. And with that being said, we're not going to waste any time, and we're going to go straight into it. So, the first thing that we need to do is we need to find a product to sell. So, let's go over to my screen, and let's find the product. All right, so to find the product, we're going to be using the Meta Ads Library, and we're going to make sure we select all countries and all ads. And let's search for 50% off, and this is going to show us ads that are currently active on Facebook that have the 50% off keyword in them. So, the way you find products with Ad Library is you just want to keep changing the keywords. So, to start off, you can do something like 50% off, but then if you want to go for a specific niche, you can do like niche-specific keywords, or you can just think of things that people would put in their ad if they're drop shipping. So, things like free shipping, 50% off, buy one get one free, etc. So, you just want to keep switching between the keywords, and just keep scrolling here until you find something that looks good. So, now I'm going to spend some time scrolling here and looking for a product that we can sell, and I'll be back to you guys when I find something that looks good. So, I'll see you guys soon. All right, so after scrolling for a bit, I managed to find this product right here, and they have an AI ad kind of showing the product in use, and the product is basically a honey lipstick. So, let's go to the product page, and this is what their product page looks like. So, it does look pretty professional and pretty good. They have some ingredients here, frequently asked questions, some reviews at the bottom. So, overall, a pretty good product page, and they're selling it for $23.99, and they're charging $5.99 for shipping, so the total price comes out to $29.98. And I found the same product on Zen Drop for $1.47 with 8-day shipping times from the US, and the shipping price is $5.20. So, our total price to source the product with shipping comes out to about $6.60. So, we should have some pretty good margins with this product, and we're going to have fast shipping as well. And now that we have the product, the next thing that we need to do is we need to set up a store for it. So, to set the store up, we're going to be using my free AI store builder, which I'll leave a link for in the description below. And it is very simple. So, the first thing we need to do is we need to select a niche. So, for a product like this, it doesn't really fit into any of the categories. So, we're going to go for the closest one, which is clothing. It doesn't really matter that much which one you go for. You can always change this later. And here I'm going to need to put in my info. So, I'll go ahead and do that now. And now I'm going to click claim your store. And the first thing we need to do is we need to set up a Shopify account. So, let's click here. And it's going to automatically put in the email that we selected. So, I'm just going to click here. And now I'm going to set a password and then click create account. And here it's going to ask for a credit card number. So, so I've gone ahead and added mine in here. And I'm going to click subscribe. And now we need to choose our Shopify plan. So, the one we're going to go for is the basic plan. It's the cheapest one and it has everything that we need. So, we're going to click here. We don't need this. So, I'm going to click not now. And then here I'm just going to click skip. And we finished registering on Shopify. So, let's go back over here and click next. And now we need to choose our banner, which is just the image that's going to be on the homepage. So, let's go for this one right here and click next. And now we need to install the store builder app. So, let's click here. And then we're going to click install here. Click install once again. And here we can choose the Zendrop plan. So, we can go for the plus plan or the flex plan. We're going to get a 3-day free trial offer for the plus plan. So, we're going to go for that one. And we're going to click start trial. And here we are inside of Zendrop's backend. So, let's go back over here and click next. And we need to install the store builder app. So, let's click here. And then let's click install here. And then click install again. And then we just need to click continue. And we are done. So, let's click next. And now the AI is setting up the store. So, we're just going to give it about a minute to finish up. And I'll be back with you guys when it's done. All right. So, the AI is done with the store. And now we need to remove the password. So, let's click here. And before we can remove the password, we're going to need to add a store address. So, we're going to have to click here. And I'm just going to enter it here real quick and click save. And now we can remove the password. So, we're just going to click here and then click save. And now we can view the store and see what it looks like. And this is what the store is looking like for now. So, we have the banner that we selected. It's imported some products here. We have some reasons why people should buy from us, some testimonials, and that's about it for the homepage. But, the homepage is not that important. The important part is the product page. So, now we're going to go ahead and set up the product page. Okay. So, to create the product page, we're going to be using PageFly which you can find in the Shopify app store and I'll also leave a link for it in the description below. And we're just going to go ahead and click install here, then click install again, and now it's going to ask us a couple of questions. So, let's just click these and click next. Let's click this and then let's go for beauty and skin care and YouTube and click complete. And now we are inside of PageFly's backend. So, the first thing we need to do is we need to select a plan. So, we're going to go over here where it says view more and we're going to click on billing. And here we can choose between the different plans. And you can go over here where it says apply discount and then just type in Marco 15 and that's going to give you 15% off. So, the light plan is really good if you're just getting started, but if you plan on testing a lot of products and you want to use some of the extra features, then you can go for the scalar plan. Normally, I would go for the light plan, but I'm going to go for the scalar plan just because it allows us to generate AI product images. And I really don't have time to be doing it manually, so I'm just going to click choose plan over here and then click approve. And now we are good to go. So, let's go back over here and let's click on create a product page. And now we're going to need to paste in an AliExpress link of the product. So, I'm going to go over here and copy the link and then we're going to paste it in here. For the language, we're going to go for English and then for the AI product images, let's go for five and click next. Here for the target audience, we're going to go for women. And here we have the copywriting angle. So, we have six different options we can choose from or we could do a custom one as well. But I like this one right here, so we're going to go for this and click next. And now we need to choose a template for how we want to store the look. For the product we're selling, I think this one here works the best. So, let's click select and then let's click create a product page. And this is what our product page is looking like for now. So, this literally took like a couple of seconds to set up and it looks amazing. So, we basically don't need to change anything here. The only thing I'm going to change is I'm going to remove the review section just because I don't really have the time to edit them and a lot of them look like they're from AliExpress. So, I'm just going to go over here to the left and hide the review section. I'm also going to hide the recommended product section and everything else looks good. So, let's click save and then let's click publish the store and it's done. So, let's view it in store. All right, so this is what the product page is looking like for now and it's looking really good overall. We basically don't need to do any changes. I'll have to change a few things with the backend. I'll have to add a logo and make some small changes to the store, but I'm going to do that later after I launch the ads. And for now, the store is looking pretty good. And now that the store is done, the next thing we need to do is we need to get some ads. So, for the ads, I've just ordered a few from our competitors. I'm not going to show them cuz it's a bit of a gray area on whether or not you can use them, but it's the fastest way to test products, so that's what I'm going to be going with. And since we have the ads ready, the last thing we need to do is we need to actually launch them. So, let's go over to TikTok Ads and let's set up a testing campaign. All right, so here we are inside of TikTok Ads and we're going to be going for a sales campaign. And here we're going to be going for website. And by the way, I'll leave a link in the description where you can get your TikTok Ads account. And if you sign up to that link, you're going to get a lot of bonuses from TikTok. They're going to match your ad spend up to $6,000, so it's an insane deal that they have going on. So, make sure you use it while it still lasts. And let's continue with the setup. All right, over here for the product source, we're going to turn this off. For the campaign name, we're going to name it Honey Lipstick. It doesn't really matter what you name it. This is just for you. For the budget strategy, we're going to go for campaign budget and we're going to do a budget of $50 a day. For the bid strategy, we're going to go for maximum results and we're going to click continue. For the ad group name, we're going to name it ad group one. Here we're going to go for website. For the optimization goal, we're going to go for conversion. Then here you want to make sure you install the correct pixel. And for the optimization event, we're going to go for purchase. Then for the schedule, we're going to set it for tomorrow at 12:00 a.m. So, 12:00 a.m. Click confirm. And here under more options, for day parting, we're going to click specific times. And then here we're going to select it from 10:00 a.m. all the way to the end of the day. And we're going to scroll all the way down like this. And what this is going to do is this is going to make it so the ads are only spending money from 10:00 a.m. to the end of the day. And it's not going to be spending any budget from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., which is when most people are sleeping. Then for the locations, we're going to go for United States. For the ages, we're going to go for 18 and up. And then for the genders, we're just going to do female. And then here for the placements, under advanced settings, we're going to turn off comments. And we're also going to turn off video downloading. And then under placements here, we're going to click edit and we're going to turn off the TikTok Ad Network. And we're also going to turn off Lemonade and Pine Drama. And we're only going to leave TikTok on. And we're going to click continue. Then for the ad name, we're going to name it ad one. For the website URL, we're going to go back to the product page and we're going to copy the link. And now if anyone clicks the ad, it's going to be taking them straight to the product page. And you always want to make sure you're sending people straight to the product page and not the home page because the easier you make it for people to buy from you, the more likely they are to buy. And you don't want them having to look for the product on the site on their own. Then here for the identity, I'm just going to use a generic identity that I use most of the time. It's just a page with a general name. For the text here, we're going to do "Get it now at 50% off." The text you put in here doesn't matter that much. The important part are the actual ad videos. Then for the call to action text, we're going to click edit and we're going to deselect everything and we're only going to select shop now. And that's about it for the ad setup. So, the last thing we need to do is we just need to upload the ads. So, I'm just going to go ahead and upload them real quick and I'll be right back to you guys when I'm done. Okay, I've just finished uploading the ads and I'm going to click publish all. And the ads are now under review, so we're going to let TikTok review them. And hopefully, if they pass the review, I'm going to let them run for 24 hours and I'll be back to you guys with the results. So, that's going to be it for now and I'll be right back to you guys with the results. So, I'll see you guys soon. >> Tomorrow. >> All right, so the ads got approved and it's been over 24 hours. So, now we're going to go ahead and we're going to go over the results and we're going to see if we got any sales and if we managed to be profitable. So, first, let's go over the TikTok ads and let's see how the ads did. All right, so our total ad spend was $50. Our cost per click was $0.77. The CPM was $20.49. We got 65 clicks, a 2.66% click-through rate, and TikTok tracked a total of three sales. And now we're going to go over to the Shopify and see how much we actually made. So, we did end up getting three sales and everyone just bought one of the product. And our total revenue for the day was $74.85. And now we're going to go over to the profit loss sheet and see how much we actually made in profit. So, we ended up getting a total of three sales. We had $74.85 in revenue. We spent $50 in ads. It cost us $19.36 to fulfill the orders. And our payment processing fees were $3.82. And that leaves us with a total profit of $1.67. So, we basically broke even. We were just slightly profitable, which is not bad for running the product for only one day. Most products are usually unprofitable day one, so this is showing some pretty good potential. Even though the profit that we made is basically negligible, it's good to see that we're getting sales and that the product has potential. So, the goal of this challenge was to be profitable and we kind of did it. Not by much, but I guess it is a success. And we are going to end it up here, so I hope you guys enjoyed. If you need help getting started with drop shipping, you can apply for my program in the description below. If you want to use any of the services I used, I'll leave all of the links in the description. And if you guys have not already, make sure to leave a like and subscribe to the channel and follow me on Instagram at ecomMarco. And that's going to be it for this video and I will see you guys in the next one. >> [music]
